• How do I register for the online course?

Simply click the "Register for our Online Course" link in the left navigation bar. On your first visit, you will register for access and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

• Do I need to order any additional course materials to complete this course?

No – everything is provided online. However, an advantage of our site is the availability of book format materials that you can download for review if you prefer to study off line.

• How do I earn credit for more than one state?

When registering for the class, click the "check boxes" next to each state for which you need partnership certification. Depending on individual state requirements, you may be required to take multiple versions of the course, or a single course may meet all your needs. It's helpful to review the information found under "Regulations by State" to determine if state-specific training material is required.

• How long is the exam and what format should I expect?

To earn partnership credit, there is no final exam required. To meet requirements, you must devote 85% required view time to each chapter and answer all quiz questions correctly at the end of each unit. Of course, you are givien multiple tries to correctly answer the quiz questions.

A final exam is only required when you desire CE credits in addition to partnership credit. The number of questions and required passing score is determined by indiividual state requirements.

• Will I need a proctor if I take the online exam?

• When do I receive my certificate of completion?

Upon completion of the exam, you will immediately receive a certificate of completion. You will receive a CE certificate by e-mail or U.S. mail approximately two weeks after passing the course.
